Refund policy

GOLF PARK ADELAIDE – CANCELLATION POLICY

At Golf Park Adelaide, our bays are reserved specifically for your booking time. To ensure fairness to all guests and to allow us to manage availability effectively, the following cancellation policy applies.

1. Cancellation Timeframes

• Cancellations made more than 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled booking will receive a credit towards a future booking.
• Cancellations made within 3 days (72 hours) of the booking are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. No-Shows

• Guests who do not attend their scheduled booking will forfeit the full booking fee.
• No credit or refund will be issued for no-shows.

3. Late Arrivals

• Booking times cannot be extended for late arrivals.
• Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other bookings.

4. Venue Cancellation

• In the unlikely event that Golf Park Adelaide must cancel a booking due to operational reasons, guests will receive either:

• A full refund, or

• The option to reschedule or receive booking credit.

5. Weather

• As Golf Park Adelaide is an indoor facility, bookings will proceed regardless of weather conditions.
• Weather-related cancellations do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling within 3 days of the booking.
