1. Agreement
1.1 These terms govern the Club 365 Upfront Membership (Membership) between you (Member) and Golf Park Adelaide (we, us), 32B Butler Blvd, Adelaide Airport, South Australia (Venue).

1.2 By purchasing or using the Membership, you accept these terms and our Venue Rules. If they conflict, these terms prevail.

1.3 You must be 18 or over to hold a Membership. Members aged 16–17 may join with written consent from a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.

2. Term and payment
2.1 The Membership runs for 12 months from the date the fee is paid in full (Membership Term). It does not renew automatically; we will offer renewal at least 14 days before it ends.

2.2 The Membership fee is paid in full upfront and includes GST. Card surcharges may apply, not exceeding our cost of acceptance.

2.3 If your payment is reversed or dishonoured, your Membership is suspended until it is paid, and clause 8.2 applies.

2.4 Price changes apply only to new or renewing Memberships.

3. No cancellation or refunds
3.1 The Membership is a fixed-term, prepaid product. You may not cancel it, including for change of mind, reduced use or injury. The fee is non-refundable in whole or in part.

3.2 Extenuating circumstances. In genuinely exceptional circumstances, you may ask us in writing to golf@golfparkadelaide.com.au to cancel, extend or otherwise adjust your Membership. We will consider each request in good faith, but whether to agree, and on what terms (for example an extension, credit or partial refund), is at our discretion. A decision in one case does not set a precedent for others.

3.3 Freeze. You may freeze the Membership for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 weeks per Membership Term, without needing to provide a reason or evidence. The Membership Term is extended by the freeze period.

3.4 The Membership is personal to you and may not be transferred, shared or exchanged.

3.5 This clause is subject to clauses 7.2, 8.3 and 10.1.

4. Inclusions
4.1 During Member Access Hours (Schedule 1), the Membership includes:
unlimited Driving Range access, using Titleist Pro V1 range balls;
unlimited Entertainment Bay access;
8 Foresight Simulator bookings per Membership Term, each of 1 hour;
unlimited PuttView use, subject to availability;
guests at your bookings at a discounted rate (clause 6.1); and
exclusive entry to Member weekend and ladies-only competitions.

4.2 "Unlimited" means no cap on the number of sessions. It is subject to availability, the booking rules and closures, and does not guarantee a bay.

4.3 Food and beverages, coaching, club hire, private events and extra simulator sessions are not included (extra simulator sessions are available to Members at 50% off the casual rate). Unused inclusions, including simulator bookings, expire at the end of the Membership Term and have no cash value.

4.4 Range balls must not be removed from the Venue. If Pro V1 balls are temporarily unavailable due to supply issues, we may supply comparable premium balls.

5. Bookings
5.1 All sessions on the Driving Range, Entertainment Bays and Foresight Simulators must be booked in advance.

5.2 Each Driving Range booking is 60 minutes with a 100-ball bucket. You may use one bay at a time.

5.3 You must cancel at least 2 hours before a booking, or 24 hours before a simulator booking. A missed or late-cancelled simulator booking is forfeited. After 3 no-shows or late cancellations in 30 days, we may restrict your bookings for up to 14 days.

5.4 We may cancel or move bookings for maintenance, equipment failure, safety or events, with as much notice as practicable, and will reinstate any affected simulator booking.

6. Guests, competitions and conduct
6.1 Guests. You may bring 1 guest to a booking you attend for the full session. Guests pay a discounted rate, currently $15 per simulator session, $10 per Entertainment Bay session and $20 per 100 balls on the Driving Range, which we may vary on notice. Guests must follow the Venue Rules and are your responsibility.

6.2 Competitions. Entry is subject to published eligibility criteria, rules and any entry fees. We may change or cancel competitions, and this does not affect the Membership fee.

6.3 Conduct. You must follow the Venue Rules and staff directions. You must not behave unsafely or abusively, damage or misuse equipment, let anyone in without a booking or payment, interfere with security systems, attend intoxicated, or use the Venue commercially without our consent.

6.4 Safety and property. Golf carries a risk of injury: use bays only as designed and check your area is clear before swinging. You are responsible for damage caused by you or your guests, and for your own belongings. The Venue is monitored by CCTV, which we handle in line with clause 10.2.

7. Changes and closures
7.1 We may change Member Access Hours, inclusions or Venue Rules where reasonably necessary, with at least 30 days' notice by email (or less where needed for safety or legal reasons).

7.2 If a change materially reduces your Membership, such as cutting hours by more than 5 hours a week or removing an inclusion, you may cancel before it takes effect and receive a pro rata refund.

7.3 All or part of the Venue may be unavailable for private events, corporate bookings, maintenance or public holidays. We will publish planned closures 7 days ahead where practicable. If the Venue is closed to Members for more than 2 days in a calendar month, we will extend your Membership Term by those days.

8. Suspension and termination by us
8.1 We may suspend your Membership while we investigate a suspected breach.

8.2 We may terminate your Membership immediately, without refund, if you:
seriously breach these terms, including by sharing your Membership, bringing guests without paying, causing deliberate damage, interfering with security systems, or behaving violently or abusively;
fail to remedy any other breach within 7 days of our notice;
have a payment reversed and do not repay it within 7 days; or
gave us false information when joining.

8.3 We may also terminate for any reason on 30 days' notice, or if we close the Venue or stop offering the Membership. In that case we will refund the unused portion of the fee pro rata.

9. Liability
9.1 You participate at your own risk, to the extent permitted by law, and must not play if a medical condition makes it unsafe.

9.2 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or injury except to the extent caused by our negligence or breach, and are not liable for indirect loss or for outages of technology or booking systems.

10. Consumer law, privacy and general
10.1 Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

10.2 We use your personal information, including booking records and CCTV footage, only to manage your Membership and secure the Venue, in line with applicable privacy law.

10.3 Send notices and complaints to golf@golfparkadelaide.com.au; we will acknowledge complaints within 5 business days. We send notices to your account email.

10.4 An unenforceable term is severed without affecting the rest, and our delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. We may assign this agreement to a buyer of the Venue business without reducing your rights. These terms are governed by South Australian law.
