How many people can this package include?
The Avid Bay Experience is designed for groups, each bay fits up to 6 people but you can add extra guests for an additional fee or upgrade to a group bay hire.

Do I need to bring my own clubs?
Nope! We’ve got clubs ready to go - but feel free to bring your favourites if you prefer.

What’s the setup like when we arrive?
When you arrive, your bay will be ready, your drinks chilled, and your snack platter waiting. Our friendly staff will walk you through Toptracer and snap a complimentary group photo once you’re settled.

Can we decorate the bay ourselves?
We’re happy to help with simple decorations - or you can choose our themed décor add-on for a styled setup.

Do I need to book ahead?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, especially on weekends.

Can we extend our session if we’re having too much fun?

Definitely! As long as the next bay time isn’t booked! Just chat with our team, and we’ll extend your session if available.
